The collection consists of reports, images, correspondence, and a map of the Old Athens Cemetery created by Janine Duncan. There are also a large number of slides. Most of these were taken by Michael W. Orr, former Landscape Manager for UGA Grounds with the slides of trees taken by David C. Berle, CAES.

The collection consists of blueprints and plans from thirteen different institutions in the University System of Georgia. The University of Georgia is the most represented institution in the collection. Non-collegiate projects, such as the Chicopee Manufacturing Company (the site of which is now belongs to UGA's Facilities Management Division) and several agricultural facilities are also included. In additions to blueprints and plans, the collection contains some campus maps and comprehensive campus plans.
